Texas Drought Gin

With Blue Norther Vodka as its base, this juniper in this western style gin has been slightly pulled back and balanced by citrus, giving it a sweeter finish than a typical London dry gin. This is soft enough to be sipped on the rocks and in traditional gin recipes like G&Ts and Bee’s Knees. We’ve also added some uncommon botanicals like pecan, ginger, grapefruit peel and the lemongrass we grow at the distillery.

NOSE - A sweet, deep juniper character married elegantly with dulcet lemongrass, bright citrus, and bergamot

TASTE - A faint pop of vanilla, punctuating an exceptionally silky, cool finish

GRAINS - Caramel malted wheat, red winter wheat, and non-GMO Yellow Dent Corn
