Saints Alley White Port & Cognac

This delicate yet decadent special edition of our flagship Saints Alley whiskey marries the spice of MGP’s high rye bourbon and Ironroot’s award-winning heirloom corn bourbon. The meticulous maturation infuses the juicy orchard fruits of the White Port casks with the lingering finish of the Cognac casks. Developed by the experienced duo of Ironroot Republic’s Jonathan Likarish and YouTube's "The Liquorhound" host Chris Trevino.

TASTING NOTES - This double cask finish imparts notes of brandied cherries and pears, white peach tea, nutmeg, creamy coconut vanilla custard, with riesling grapes and toasted oak on the finish.
