Andromeda Coffee Infused Whiskey

After five years of collectively tweaking, tasting, and blending our hearts out, Andromeda – our coffee enhanced whiskey – is finally available exclusively at the distillery’s tasting room!

Andromeda speaks to those who love an invigorating black coffee each morning. Coming in at 109 proof, the whiskey and coffee intertwine nicely, with the coffee enriching the whiskey’s natural flavors. We worked with our friends at Lelo’s Coffee, who selected their very own Ethiopian dark-roast, a nod to the mythological Andromeda’s royal Ethiopian heritage.

Andromeda is unlike anything we’ve ever done, and we’re so excited for y’all to taste it!

TASTING NOTES - Campfire toasted dark chocolate s’mores drizzled with caramel, sweet jasmine tea, with hints of flamed orange peel, cabernet wine, and blueberries.

*All spirits must be picked up at the Ironroot Republic Distillery with correct identification within six months of purchase. We cannot refund bottle purchases. Any orders not picked up within six months of purchase will be forfeited.
